Sharp Aquos Crystal 2 is officially presented

When Sharp introduced the Aquos Crystal with ultra-slim bezels, the smartphone definitely made an impression on the tech arena. Therefore it is not a surprise that its successor, the Sharp Aquos Crystal 2 sports even more fascinating design in tune with the bezel-less trend.

The handset has mid-ranged capabilities. It is presented with a 5.2-inch screen with S-Pure LED tech with 720p resolution. Aquos Crystal 2 boasts a beautiful design with razor-thin side and top bezels. It measures 71 x 136 x 11mm and weighs 154g. The panel of the device is dust- and water-proof (protected against splashes rather than dipping in the water). The silicon integrated in the attractive mid-ranger is quad-core 1.2GHz and 2GB RAM. The storage on board is 16GB.

The smartphone arrives with Android 5.0 Lollipop OS pre-installed with Emopa 2.0 UI running on top. One of the unique features in the platform is the voice assistant developed by Sharp available for users. The back plate of the handset is enriched with 8MP primary camera. The snapper for video chats is with 2MP. Sharp Aquos Crystal 2 has a 2030mAh battery. It supports all the connectivity capabilities for a smartphone in this category – LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, VoLTE etc. The new mid-ranger is coming in white, turquoise, black and pink. It will land on the shelves of retailers next month.
