Two new mid-rangers go official in India – Vivo V1 and V1 Max
Vivo has two new smartphones at your attention – Vivo V1 and its big brother Vivo V1 Max. The Chinese manufacturer introduced the smartphones in India. Both devices are mid-rangers however in some reason the company did not present the specs of the larger handset.
Vivo V1 is outfitted with a 5-inch screen with a resolution of 720p. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop customized with the FunTouch UI courtesy of Vivo. On the inside is working a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz. The chip in the configuration is Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 with 64-bit architecture. Memory-wise the model is provided with 2GB RAM and 16GB native storage that can be expanded. V1 has two cameras – a main sensor on the rear corpus with 13MP resolution and LED flash, and a front-facing camera with 5MP and wide angle.
The smartphone supports Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS, 3G and 4G LTE. Let’s not forget to mention that it is a dual-SIM device. The batter of Vivo V1 is a 2300mAh cell. Both new additions of Vivo are getting launched this month. The prices of the models will be in the range INR 15000 -2000 (around $236- $314). We will wait and see whether the Chinese manufacturer will decide to release the mid-rangers to more markets. Stay tuned.
