Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus with dual-curved display and powerful capabilities is here
A few weeks ago we got the first hints that Samsung will unveil the new phablet Samsung Galaxy Note5 earlier than usual, and it won’t be alone – Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus was expected to debut with it. The day has come – right on time on 13th of August in New York City Samsung took the wraps off the Galaxy Note5 and the improved variant of the Galaxy S6 edge Plus with unique design.
The model is outfitted with a 5.7-inch dual-curved screen Super AMOLED with a Quad HD resolution. In its gut is working an octa-core processor with Exynos 7420 made by Samsung. In the hardware configuration are included 4GB RAM. The platform pre-installed on the Galaxy S6 edge Plus is Android 5.1 Lollipop. TouchWiz UI provides an authentic experience of Samsung’s features. On the rear panel of the flagship is outfitted a 16MP camera with OIS and f/1.9 aperture. On the front side lies a 5MP camera with f/1.9 aperture.
The storage by default in the Galaxy S6 edge Plus is either 32GB or 64GB. Samsung will release variants with 128GB on board for both new flagships. The battery of the dual-curved phablet is with a capacity of 3000mAh. The model supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, 4G and 4G LTE Cat.9/Cat.6. The available colors for Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus are Gold Platinum, White Pearl, Black Sapphire and Silver Titanium. Samsung is releasing the phablet in the US on August 21st. Pre-orders for the new flagship are already on, throughout the main carriers and retailers in the country. The new high-end star of Samsung is an improved variant of the Galaxy S6 edge presented earlier this year.
