What will Oppo present at MWC 2016? The company is launching invites and teasers
In less than a month Barcelona will become a magnet for tech fans because the annual MWC event will take a place in the city. The Mobile World Congress 2016 is scheduled for 22-25th of February. As always, most of the big companies in the tech world will make some announcement at the event. The teasers and the invites that the manufacturers are sending out give us an idea of what to expect.
The Chinese manufacturer, Oppo has released a teaser for MWC 2016 that reveals a “groundbreaking power solution” coming from the company as well as “an unprecedented smartphone camera innovation.” Rumors have it that the manufacturer will announce the second smartphone of the new F1 series, the Oppo F1 Plus. It is expected to go for sell in April. As expected, the display of the upcoming device will be larger than the screen of the Oppo F1.
The F1 Plus sports a 5.5-inch display, and works with 4GB RAM. The company made the hint for an improved front-facing camera of the unannounced smartphone. Most of the specs of Oppo F1 Plus will be the same as the features and capabilities of the original Oppo F1. For instance, it is expected to work with octa-core processor with Snapdragon 616 chip. The back camera should be with 13MP. It is a dual-SIM device just like its sibling. The upcoming handset will support 4G LTE. Hopefully Oppo will present the phablet officially at MWC 2016 in Barcelona. Stay tuned.
