Verizon will launch new tablets and smartphones from Apple, Sony, LG and HTC

One of the biggest mobile operators in the States, Verizon Wireless is getting ready to launch few attractive devices, according to rumors shared by the legendary leakster @evleaks (Evan Blass). The list of smartphones and tablets that are heading toward the carrier includes the flagship Sony Xperia Z4. Apple iPad mini 4, an entry-level HTC Desire 526 smartphone and LG G Pad X 8.3.

The leaked information about the devices is limited. As we know Sony is planning to release an international version of Xperia Z4, however it is still unknown when the device will debut officially and what specs it will feature. iPad mini 4 is not announced yet. If Apple follows its tradition for presenting its flagships and tablets in fall, there is some time until the iPad mini 4 reaches the shelves of Verizon.

The name of the LG-branded tablet mentioned by @evleaks makes the hint that this is the successor of the LG G Pad 8.3 launched in 2013. The tablet is offered by Verizon and can be purchased for $129.99 subsidized price. The low-end smartphone in the list of devices coming to the carrier is rumored to be the recently released in India HTC Desire 526. It sports a 4.7-inch screen with a resolution of 960 x 540p. The smartphone runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. The leakster did not provide additional information about when Verizon will release the above mentioned devices. We will wait and see.
