The entry-level Windows Phone 8.1-powered Microsoft Lumia 535 is released in the States
The entry-level smartphone Microsoft Lumia 535 was unveiled in November 2014. The handset was introduced to different developing markets, including India. Six months since Microsoft presented the budget device in the tech world, it is getting launched in the US in the Microsoft Store.
The price of the smartphone is $149 without a contract. What are you getting for your hard-earned cash? The entry-level Lumia 535 is packed with a 5-inch glass, 960 x 540p resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. The pixel density is 220ppi. It is powered by quad-core CPU set at 1.2GHz with Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chip.
It is powered by Windows Phone 8.1 OS. On the back of the smartphone is outfitted a 5MP snapper with flash. The secondary camera is also a 5MP sensor on the front side of the device (no flash). Microsoft will update the platform of the phone with the Windows 10 when it goes official. In terms of memory, the Lumia 535 has 1GB RAM and 8GB storage that can be expanded. The budget handset works with a 1905mAh cell. Wi-Fi, 3G, GPS and Bluetooth are supported connectivity features in the model. Lumia 535 is available in different color options.
