LG took the wraps off the phablet LG Stylus 2 ahead of MWC 2016
LG has the busiest time lately by getting ready to debut its new flagship, the LG G5 at the MWC 2016 and announcing a bunch of new devices meantime, like the X line of smartphones. While we are patiently waiting for the announcement of the G5 scheduled for the next week, the Korean manufacturer took the wraps off the LG Stylus 2. The phablet will be presented properly at the upcoming event. It is the successor of the LG G4 Stylus that was unveiled one year ago. As the name of the “Stylus” line of LG suggests, the models support a pen. The special about the LG Stylus 2 is the nano-coated tip of the pen that replaces the rubber-tipped stylus in the G4 Stylus. The improved feature is promising “more accuracy.”
The new phablet is outfitted with a 5.7-inch screen, HD resolution. In the gut of the LG Stylus 2 is ticking a quad-core 1.2GHz processor combined with 1.5GB RAM. The large-sized phone is provided with 16GB of native memory. Use microSD cards for expansion of the storage. Android 6.0 Marshmallow is running out-of-the-box, which is great news for users that want to work with the latest update of the Google’s platform. The primary camera of the Stylus 2 is set on the back, with 13MP resolution. The secondary camera for selfies is an 8MP sensor. On the inside is found also a 3000mAh battery. The connectivity features supported by the handset include 4G LTE. The available colors of the device include white, brown and titan. The price remains to be revealed. Stay tuned.
