The rumor mill already delivered some leaks about the upcoming HTC One ME9. In case you are feeling a bit lost in the all new models that are getting released by the company – it is not the One M9, neither is it the One E9+. In terms of specs the unannounced handset reminds to the HTC One M9+. The upcoming HTC One ME9 seems to be outfitted with metal frame. The smartphone appeared in leaked photo shared by the tipster @upleaks. The handset sports polycarbonate rear panel and it doesn’t have a secondary rear snapper. The specs of the One ME9 include a 5.2-inch QHD display.
It works with 64-bit octa-core MediaTek MT6795 chip ticking at 2.2GHz and 3GB RAM. The model is provided with 32GB native memory that can be expanded via microSD cards. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop customized by Sense 7.0 user interface. As we mentioned above the HTC One ME9 is provided with a single rear camera. It is a 20MP sensor made by Toshiba. On the front panel lies either a 13MP snapper (similar to the camera of HTC Desire Eye) or a 4MP UltraPixel camera.
The cell that powers the smartphone is with a capacity of 2900mAh. Among the extra features of the upcoming HTC One ME9 is the fingerprint scanner. The leakster @upleaks reveals that the smartphone is expected to go for sells in July. It is purposed for markets across South Asia. The new addition of HTC will be released in different colors, like Gold Sepia, Classic Rose Gold and Meteor Gray. The price is not revealed yet but we can make the sure guess that it will cost around CNY 3500 (around $565) retail price.
