HTC One ME sports 5.2-inch display and boasts a 20MP rear camera
HTC One ME is a new smartphone of the Taiwanese manufacturer that is landing on markets in China. What is it like? Well, to express it in more poetic say we say that if the flagship HTC One M9+ and the mid-ranger HTC One E9+ has a love affair, the One ME is their child. As expected it gets something from both devices. It is outfitted with a 5.2-inch glass with a resolution of 1440 x 2560p – just like the HTC One M9+. Let’s not forget that it is also provided with a fingerprint scanner.
The One ME has borrowed the single round main camera with 20MP from the One E9+. Hardware-wise the new member of the “One” line of HTC works with octa-core 2.2GHz CPU with MediaTek Helio X10 chip with 64-bit architecture and 3GB RAM. The model supports microSD cards which can be used for expansion of the 32GB internal memory provided in it. We already mentioned the single 20MP snapper on the back of One ME. It features a secondary camera as well – 4MP UltraPixel sensor. The software working on the model is Android 5.0 Lollipop customized with the HTC’s Sense UI.
The fingerprint sensor is only one of the advantages of the HTC One ME. It is outfitted with BoomSound speakers with Dolby Surround. The battery of the handset is a 2840mAh cell. It is a dual-SIM smartphone with a wide range of connectivity features, including Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G and 4G LTE. The colors available for the HTC One ME include Gold Sepia, Rose Gold and Meteor Gray. The release date is still unknown but there is no doubt that it is happening sooner than later. About the availability, the One ME is purposed for the markets across Asia.
