Have a glimpse at the BlackBerry Venice ahead of its announcement
BlackBerry Venice is one of the most discussed unannounced smartphones on the tech arena. The device is not shy for the camera. In the past few weeks several leaks with photos of the BlackBerry Venice revealed some of the mystery surrounding the handset.
Since the first mentioning of the Venice back in the spring we already know that it is a slider model and it is running on Android OS. If the rumors turn out to be true, BlackBerry Venice will become the first official smartphone of the Canadian company that is powered by Android. The newest leak with pictures of the device once again confirms the gossips.
The depicted device sports the same design as the phone revealed in previous leaks. It is a slider with a physical QWERTY keyboard. The slot for SIM is visible on the images along with the slot for microSD. The platform running on BlackBerry Venice seems to be Android Lollipop. Rumors have it that the upcoming device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon chip (S808 or S810) and 3GB RAM. The internal memory in the smartphone is 32GB. On the back of the device lies an 18MP camera with OIS, dual-LED flash, etc. The large circle of the camera module is visible on the rear side of the device. BlackBerry Venice might be one of the stars at this year’s IFA. Are you excited yet?
