The new extraordinary flagship with dual-boot capabilities – Elephone Vowney
Elephone is one of the major players in the Chinese mobile arena. The company is releasing a new impressive smartphone dubbed Elephone Vowney. The special about the device is that it can run on Android and Windows 10. Elephone is launching two variants of the handset. One of the is powered by octa-core CPU with MediaTek MT6795 chipset. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. The camera of this model is a 20.7MP rear sensor. It works with a 3800mAh cell under the hood.
The second version of the Elephone Vowney is equipped with a quad-core processor with Intel chip. It can boot the two platforms – Android and Windows 10. The camera of the model is on the back with a resolution of 21MP. It works with a larger battery than its sibling with a capacity of 4200mAh.
Both models arrive with a 5.5-inch QHD screen. They boast 3GB RAM and 64GB native memory which is expandable. In both devices are provided fingerprint sensors on the rear panels. The secondary camera of the smartphones is with 8MP. The flagships are LTE-enabled and support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and 3G. Elephone Vowney is offered in three colors – grey, white and gold. The Android-running smartphone costs $299 off-contract. It is available for pre-orders. The shipping begins on 30th of September. The dual-boot handset will be launched on 10th of October. The price is yet to be revealed.
