ZTE Officially revealed the mid-ranger ZTE Blade V8 Pro and the innovative Hawkeye at CES 2017
ZTE is bringing a new mid-ranged smartphone to the US market. The ZTE Blade V8 Pro debuted at CES 2017 and it is already available for pre-orders in different merchants in the States. The screen of the Blade V8 Pro is 5.5-inch with 1080p resolution and 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3.
The processor ticking under the hood of the smartphone is with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chip with eight cores. The device boasts 3GB RAM and 32GB of native memory. The microSD slot for cards is included for easy expansion of the memory. The ZTE Blade V8 Pro runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.
The most impressive feature of the new addition of ZTE is the dual rear camera. It consists of two 13MP cameras on the back of the smartphone for extraordinary effect on the captured photos. The front-facing camera of the Blade V8 Pro is with 8MP resolution. The handset is provided with a 3240mAh cell in its gut and supports Quick Charging. The home button of the new mid-ranger hosts a fingerprint sensor. ZTE is offering the Blade V8 Pro in black. The phone is available for pre-orders in the US at price of $229.98 without contract commitment.
Along with the ZTE V8 Pro, the company presented the new smartphone of its crowdsourced project, Project CSX dubbed ZTE Hawkeye. It is offered on the Kickstarter site for $199. The special about the device is the innovative eye-tracking feature used for scrolling through the content on the display, and the self-adhesive case. The case makes it easy to “stick” the device to different surfaces. The Hawkeye is expected to ship in September 2017. It sounds interesting, doesn’t it?
