Huawei unveiled a new variant of Nexus 6P, Matte Gold, and two new versions of Huawei Watch
Fans of Huawei are having a blast at the CES 2016 event in Las Vegas. The company has a lot to offer to mobile users. One of the new announcements is the releasing of the Huawei Nexus 6P Matte Gold in the US. Until now, this version of the smartphone was available exclusively in Japan.
The Matte Gold Nexus 6P costs $499 (32GB) and $549 (64GB). It can be purchased from the Google Store and Best Buy. In terms of specs the new version of the flagship is the same as the original model. It sports a 5.7-inch AMOLED screen, 1440 x 2560p. The processor that powers the smartphone is with eight cores and Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chip. On the back of the handset is provided a 12.3MP main camera while on the front panel is outfitted with an 8MP sensor. The Huawei Nexus 6P works with a 3450mAh cell. It is LTE-enabled.
The new version of the Nexus 6P was accompanied by two new models of the Huawei Watch smartwatch. The Elegant variation of the wearable gadget will be adorned with a textured top ring and a rose gold body. The Jewel variation will be enriched with 68 Swarovski crystals. The exact launch dates and the prices of the new smartwatches are yet to be revealed. Huawei announced that it will release the devices in the US in Q1 2016. Stay tuned for more details.
