This spring the Indian manufacturer Yu Televentures (partly owned by Micromax) launched the Cyanogen 12-powered Yu Yuphoria. It arrived in the tech world after the first smartphone of the company, Yu Yureka also running on Cyanogen grabbed the interest of users in the country. Yu Yuphoria is outfitted with a stylish design with metal frame.
It has a 5-inch IPS LCD screen with HD resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top for protection. The CPU in the gut of the handset is with four cores, 64-bit architecture and Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 chip. Yu Yuphoria has 2GB RAM and 16GB native storage along with microSD slot. The platform running on the smartphone out-of-the-box is Cyanogen OS 12 (a variant of CyanogenMod 12 for the OnePlus One, Yu Yureka and Yu Yuphoria) based on Android 5.0 Lollipop.
