BlackBerry took the wraps off from the newest Android-powered smartphone from its collection, the BlackBerry DTEK60. It is an all-touch model that stands out with a stylish design. It reminds a lot to another member of the BlackBerry family, the DTEK50. The new smartphone has more advanced specs than its sibling.
The screen of the DTEK60 is 5.5-inch at diagonal. The resolution is 1440 x 2560 pixels. The new smartphone works with the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chip. It features 4GB RAM and 32GB storage by default. The usage of microSD cards can make the memory 2TB. The software of the BlackBerry DTEK60 is Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Of course, BlackBerry has customized the operating system with some features of its own, such as gesture controls, Device Search, Instant Actions and a Convenience Key among others. The two cameras of the new flagship are a primary 21MP rear snapper and an 8MP front camera. The main camera has phase detection autofocus, dual LED flash and etc. The secondary camera is with wide angle lenses for awesome selfies. The battery that gives power to the phone is with a capacity of 3000mAh. An LTE support is also part of the package.
BlackBerry DTEK60 is up-for-grabs in North America and some countries in Europe, like Spain, Italy, the UK, Germany, the UK, the Netherlands and France. The prices start at $499 in the States.
