Panasonic Eluga Mark is a budget smartphone for enterprise users
A new member of the Eluga line of Panasonic entered the tech arena in India. Panasonic Eluga Mark is a new entry-level smartphone purposed for enterprise users. It boasts support for enterprise mobility management (EMM) platform Android for Work. The screen of the new handset is with 5.5-inch diagonal and a resolution of 720p. The processor armed in the Eluga Mark is with Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset clocked at 1.5GHz.
The smartphone works with 2GB of RAM. It has 16GB native memory by default. If needed, the storage can be expanded via microSD cards. The software running on Panasonic Eluga Mark is Android 5.1 Lollipop with FitHome UI on top of it. Among the features in the software is the support of single thumb-flick access to apps.
Panasonic has included a 13MP rear camera in the new handset with LED flash. It is paired with a 5MP secondary snapper set on the front side. The backplate of the model hosts a fingerprint sensor as well. The battery that powers the Eluga Mark is with a capacity of 2500mAh. The new smartphone is getting released in Metallic Grey and Royal Gold shells. It costs Rs. 11990 (around $180) off-contract. It will be offered at online and offline stores by local retailers. The connectivity capabilities of the phone include support for 4G LTE.
